Banner weight guidelines

Banners over this size are considered ‘heavy’ and treated differently in the system.
This limit applies to HTML and image banners served on both display and mobile but only covers the initial soft load, not subsequent loads for assets like in-built video, which can be up to 2MB (the IAB recommended standard).
