Supported Macros

Macro is a variable that expands automatically into a set of instructions to perform a particular task and only works on that level where it is defined, e.g. Adform macro __ADFRND__ only works in the Adform system. Macros can be used for (if not specified next to the macro):

  • Impression tracking pixels
  • Click tracking pixels
  • Tracking scripts
  • Landing page URL
  • Third party & DHTML banners

See the list of supported macros below:

NOTE! All MACRO's replaced values are encoded. %% (double percent) is also available as a separator instead of __ (double underscore), i.e., macros __ADFTAGID__ and %%ADFTAGID%% are equivalent. However __ is recommended to avoid troubles with url encodings, etc.
