In order to build Flash Banners, you should confirm that the created banner:
Has the correct format: Flash version and detected Flash settings corresponds to Adform specifications of a particular banner format.The Flash banners must be compiled with Flash 8 or higher versions.
Flash banners do not use unsafe or malware treated functions.
The banner's weight and frame rate are meeting the pre-defined requirements: a banner should follow the Media/Publisher's specific restrictions for animation looping, frame per second rate, etc.
The clickTAG variables are implemented correctly: Flash clicks/links use clickTAG variables rather than pre-defined URLs.
All clickable areas are working as expected: not being blocked by pop-up blockers, land the user correctly final landing page, parameters are also passed to the landing page correctly (if applicable).
Uses a video file that meets IAB recommendations for In-Stream ads.
Uses streaming video/audio that stops when the banner is clicked on (if applicable).
That the events are working correctly (if applicable).
For heavily animated Flash banners it is recommended to check CPU usage. CPU usage must be limited.
Fallback *.gif banners might be supplied for all formats.
Note: In Safari 6.1 and above versions, a backup (image or HTML) is shown if a flash banner has a backup set. Alternatively, if there is no backup, the flash version is being displayed. Note that this modification does not apply for floating banners as they do not have the backup.
